Weigh In #17

Weight: 219.8 Lost: 3.6 Pounds BMI: 33.4

That was the magical number i wanted to see this week. It feels like it has been forever since i have gotten out of the 220’s and it’s a wonderful feeling! I promised myself last go around i would never see it again and i am determined to keep that promise to myself this go around. I have to remember how i look and how i feel being that heavy. It’s not a good place and there is no reason or excuse to ever weigh that much again. All i see ahead is ONEderland and beyound. :D

 Yesterday: Frozen egg and cheese bread thing and 1 cup 1% milk for breakfast. 3 SlimQuick pills taken with 8oz water. Ham, turkey, and cheese salad from FoodLion with ranch dressing for lunch. 3 SlimQuick pills taken with 8oz water. 2 cups rice, 3oz shrimp, pear fruit cup, 10 mini carrots, and 2 tbsp ranch for dinner. 8 cups if water. Cold getting worse and it took everything in me to get that much water down. Uck! Exercise: 1 hour total. 1 hour bike after work. 30 mins of hard program and 30 mins on medium program. Sticker on calendar.

Today: 7oz sausage and 1 cup 1% ,milk for breakfast. 3 SlimQuick pills taken with 8oz water. CiCi’s for lunch: salad with ranch, carrots, and onions. 3 pieces of pizza. 4 mini breadsticks. 1 applie pie pizza slice. 1 cinnamon desert. 1 brownie desert. diet coke for drink. 3 SlimQuick pills taken with 8oz water. 5 pieces of fried chicken for dinner with ranch and cola for a drink. almost 12 cups of water for today. Exercise: 1 1/2 hours total. 1 1/2 hours before breakfast. Sticker on calendar.

 Not to proud of today’s food or  the cola. If i had to make an excuse…this cold has gotten to the bad parts and im suffering trying to get this water down. The cola feels sooo good on my throat and tastes so yum. And the chicken for dinner….i think i was in a trance. I had nothing else with it and i was just chowing down. The skin, the meat, the ranch…it was just…YUM! Tomorrow is my free day and me and the hubs Valentines date, so, the food is not going to look much better. Hoping to squeeze some exercise in, in the morning. Who knows what time we will get back that night. Regardless, Sunday is right back to the hardcore stuff and getting myself closer to that beautiful “1″. :D

 Tonight im dispatching 11p-7a. I love the extra money and we totally can use it, but with this cold….im so missing my bed! LOL Chugging water and waiting every 4 hours and getting my drugs on. ;D I’m determined to fight this thing away. I want to enjoy my day tomorrow. I do not waqnt to have to worry how many tissues i have left and if my runny nose and eyes are going to ruin my wonderful makeup job. LoL Regardless…ill make the best of it. :D

    Yes, well done on the weight loss and kudos to you for all the exercise! I’m struggling as well with drinking the required amount of water every day
