Winter Has Come!

Oh my gracious it has been crazy cold around my parts this weekend. We have been spoiled with amazing weather this winter and the last 2 days i have not known what to wear or do. LOL Today has been a crazy lazy day with naps, food, and bikey. But really..that is what Sunday is for, so, i don’t feel that bad. The time with my hubba is the best part. :D

Yesterday: 2 cups Special K cereal, 1 tbsp Truvia, and 1% milk for breakfast. 3 SlimQuick pills taken with 8 oz water. Piece of Amaco pizza and bag of combos for lunch. 1/2 cup Chex with my 3 SlimQuick pills with 8 oz water. Steak and cheese foot long sub from Subway with lettuce/banana peppers/pickles/mayo/mustard, chips, and dip for dinner. Desert was a pack of chocolate doughnuts and a mini snickers bar. 12.5 cups of water. Exercise: 1 hour total. 1 hour bikey before breakfast. Got home late and was mid night before i got settled at the house and was exhausted. I made it my light day, so, sticker was able to go up. :D (Free Day)

Today: 3.5oz sausage, 2 piece of toast with a little butter and 1 tbsp grape jelly for breakfast. 3 SlimQuick pills with 8 oz water. Turkey/ham sandwich with mayo/mustard, 1 slice american cheese, and Doritos. 1 mini cake to take with my 3 SlimQuick pills with 8 oz water. 1/2 of home made pizza and ranch wavy chips for dinner. 10.5 cups of water. Exercise: 3 hours total. 1 hour bikey before breakfast, 1 hour bikey after lunch, and 1 hour bikey after dinner. Did hard programs on bike today to get the heart up and the sweat pouring. Sticker on calendar. :D

Food was about 50/50 over the weekend, but water and exercise was kept up with, so, i can’t complain to much. I work Monday-Thursday and have all my meals pretty much already planned. I love working up till weigh in day. Hubs is out of house, so, i can work out how ever i want and where ever i want, i usually get in alot more water, and my meals are always planned out, so, i don’t usually have any slip ups. It keeps me straight. LoL

Nothing really exciting to report in, but just letting everyone know i am surviving this cold and not letting my couch or bed hold me down to much. Goodness…i am sooo ready for spring. Florida and those areas look so much better each and every year. LOL I’m ready for some hikes, swimming, fixing my yard, and just enjoying the outside world again.

Here’s to a great week ahead for us all. Keep fighting BS. :D
