Yesterday: 2 cups Special K cereal with 1% milk and 1 tbsp truvia for breakfast. 2 SlimQuick pills taken with 8oz water. SlimFast bar, banana, and 2 tbsp peanut butter for lunch. 2 SlimQuick pills taken with 8oz water. 4oz turkey/ham, 2 slices wheat bread, 1 slice american cheese, with pickles/onion/mayo/mustard, 12 mini carrots, 2 tbsp ranch, and a pear fruit cup for dinner. 12 cups water. Exercise: 1 1/2 total. 30 mins bikey before work. 30 mins Salsa DVD and 30 mins bikey after work.

I’m thinking about searching amazon for the salsa DVD i did last night; Crunch: CardioSalsa. I get it from NetFlix right now and i don’t want to worry about them taking it away one day. I really recommend this to anyone that either likes dance or anything latin. The instructor is just peppy enough and has just the right accent to make it fun and she takes the moves slow at first and works the way up to a faster pace. It’s just a lot of fun and really works out the hips and abs. I always say i dont have alot of rhythm, but this DVD will make you feel like you are one sexy lady. :D

We are watching Chicago right now at work. My goodness i forgot how much i love this movie. It’s sooo funny! Right now they are doing the cell tango. “He had coming, he had it coming, he only had himself to blame, if you had been there, if you had seen it, i bet you would have done the same.” LOL The best though is when i saw it on Broadway in NY. There is nothing like a live play like that with all the lights, glitter, and fancy costumes. Breath taking! Watching this though is making me just want to get up and get my boogy on!!!! The other day i had so much energy i was wishing my life could be like a musical for a day. Where we would all of a sudden break out in a song and dance number randomly. LOL You know it would be fun! At BuddySlim i picture all of us in our best workout gear, amazing makeup, hair did just perfectly, dancing around workout equipment, men with 6 packs and arm muscles from God himself, and singing “Sexy and I Know It.” HAHAHAHA That would be an amazing site! HAHAHAHA We need to plan to meet up at a central spot and bust out in this number to show the world that being fit and working out is FUN! LOL

Goodness i wish spring was here! I have all these ideas and plans for my yard this year and i want to get it done! I think im going to start on some when i get off. If i keep putting this stuff off, it will never get done. When i’m in the mood for stuff like this, i need to just get it done! I’ll feel even better once i get my shed up. It’s almost been a freakin’ year! Ahhhhh! LOL No need to fret though, it will all eventually come together. That’s what i get for buying land and starting from scratch the first go around. Never again!!! LOL

Well, not much more to write today. Just waned to stop by, update, and pass some time here at work. Happy Hump Day everyone! Hope everyone is doing much better today. Dig deep in you today, grab that motivation, grab that will power, and push yourself! No excuses today! Just do it! :D

    Awesome job as usual on the exercise and the eating. I’ve got to find something that motivates me to get up and move. I’m a slug, don’t do nothing, not even walking right now. we were walking at work but we stopped when a cold spell hit and haven’t started back. i know I need to just force myself, but I’m still fighting back.

    great job on both the food and exercise regime! I also LOVE musicals…especially peppy ones that make you wanna get up and do something. I’d have to say the one muscial that makes me wanna do that is mamma mia…and that’s only because I’ve been a HUGE ABBA fan since I was like 6? My dad loves the group so I grew up listening to it. If I’m in a bad mood, I listen to ABBA and it brings me back. Yay for a good day!

    keep at it, it will all click. i think the winter is the hardest time to keep at it. its so cold and you just want to stayed curled up. hang in there! :D

    I LOVE THAT ONE TOO! So colorful and bright. and i love the music! :D

    haha musical Buddyslim lol, i just nearly chocked on my water when reading this lol :) Good job on the exercise and food :) and cardio salsa sounds like fun… might have to give that a go… Hope you have a gd day at work

    You did wonderful as usual Summer. I personally have never seen a play before. I guess that is something to add to the bucket list.
