In this corner weighing in at 231.8 pounds is Summer “The Quack-Attack” Flowers! In the other corner weighing in at 4 weeks is “Bring the Pain” February! It’s going to be a tough match with lots of sweat, tears, some choice words, and a lot of determination. “Quack-Attack” has Bikey, Walking DVD, and many other tools at hand to bring in as help. February has a great group as well. Chocolate candies, weekend of no work, and plenty of cravings to shoot out. It’s going to get heated folks! ;D

HeeHee My new addiction is boxing and i thought that fit to bring in my February plans. I’m really hoping i can find a boxing class that is fit to women somewhere around my area. I know there is kickboxing classes, but i want somewhere where i can get into a ring, punch it out, and have all the punching bags i can dream of. LOL Ok, enough of boxing….PLANS!

*February Plans*

1. SlimQuick Pill Plan
2. 8/+ Cups of water/day
3. Hard Cardio: 3 days = DVD or Bike Program
Toning: 3 Days = DVD or Free Weights/My Own Moves
Light Day: 1 Day = Bike or Easy DVD
4. 1 Free Day A Week
1 Week - Eat Out, But Good/Healthy
Next Week - Eat Out, Not to Picky
5. Bojangles - Once every other week = 2x This Month
6. Sticker Every Day! NO EXCUSES!
7. 9 Books Read - Need to stay on track for the year. Only got one in last month. Ooopps!

* I have moved my Dream goal date to July 13th - the weekend after our 3rd wedding anniversary. I totally sucked in January and really messed up my original game plan. One month is ruined so goal date has been pushed back a month. That means i need to lose 3.7 pounds a week and 14.6 pounds a month with 4 weeks in it and 18.3 pounds a month with 5 weeks in it.

* Realistic Goal Date: December 28th. That equals to 1.8 pounds lost a week with 7.3 pounds lost in a month with 4 weeks in it and 9.1 pounds lost in a month with 5 weeks in it.

It’s all written down and placed in my weight loss scrap book binder. I’m keeping every month’s plans on separate paper and kept in this binder. After each month i write in with different ink if i did any of the plans and if not, why?! January is going to have a lot of things written in. Blah! But February…going to rock! :D

    Bojangles i a chicken place. also serves breakfast all day. know for its spices and dirty rice. they also have amazing blue berry biscuits. sooo good to eat, but not so good for the body. LOL
